Orders are typically delivered within 1-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary for certain products as indicated on the product page. During sales, delivery may take between 6-8 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

How to Make a Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges can be made under the following conditions:

• The product was purchased on Mother Of All's official website.
• The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The product has not been used, and the tag is still attached.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• Items from the LAST CHANGE category can only be exchanged, not returned.

If you meet the above conditions, you can return the product in one of the following ways:

• Schedule a return pick-up with us by contacting our customer service.
• Visit our store to return or exchange the product in person.

Processing Time for Refund Requests

Once we receive the returned items, we will review and approve the request. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. You will receive a notification via email once the refund is made. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
