Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
First of all, sorry for the inconvenience! Please send an email to our customer service - contact@mother-ofall.com with an order number and a photo of the defective item/the item that arrived by mistake and we will make sure that they take care of you as soon as possible.
You can cancel / change the order as long as it has not been picked up by the courier company.

There can be several reasons for this:
* Your credit card may have expired.
* You may have exceeded your credit limit. Please contact your bank.
Shipments
The shipment will reach you within 1-7 business days from the day of placing the order. Pay attention if a different delivery time is specified on the product page.
*During sales, delivery times may be extended between 8-14 business days.
If the package is lost during delivery, we will do everything to help. We will not be responsible for packages that have been proven to have reached their destination. Once the order has reached its destination we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Returns
A Replacement or a return of a product will be done under the following conditions:
- The product was purchased on the official website of Mother of All Ltd
- With an online purchase, you can return a product up to 14 days from the day of receiving the product
- The product has not been used at all and the tag is attached to it
- The product was returned in its original packaging
- Products from the LAST CHANGE category cannot be returned, but can only be exchanged.
If you have met the following conditions, you may return the product in the following ways:
- Returning the item with a courier will be done by prior arrangement - the cost of the courier is determined by your country, which will be deducted from the credit
As soon as we receive the items back to us, we will review and approve the request.
The credit will be processed for up to 14 business days.
You will receive a notification when the credit is made to the email through which you placed the order.
It is possible that from the moment we make the credit to your bank account it will take a few more days until you see the refund in your account.
